Higher education is a prerequisite to achieve better living standards.But students in Iran face serious barriers while studying at the universities. Hundreds had been deprived to continue their education or even enroll at the university due to political activities, union activities or even criticizing universities’ administration.

Gender discrimination is a serious issue within the educational system in Iran. It can be seen portrayed in textbooks, and implemented through the prohibition of physical education for girls and the banishment of poor girls who were sold into marriage from the school system, not to mention placing a glass ceiling for women in decision making and education administration.

/b>Health situation in the Islamic Republic of Iran/b>
In the last 3 decades the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) has failed to achieve sustainable development. The excessive growth of population, poverty and unemployment due to wrong policy and strategies and bad governance have had its effects on the health situation of population. The combination of drug addictions, street children and homeless citizens, prostitution and growth of criminality, with the lack of health services for the most vulnerable part of society and in prisons has made a vicious circle that needs urgent attention.

The Situation of independent Lawyers in Iran
In general, independent, impartial and just judges are trained by and practice within a system based on independence, impartiality and justice. Even though in the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the judiciary has been referred to as an independent entity, it lacks any measure of independence or impartiality owing to the fact that the highest authority in the judiciary is appointed by the supreme leader from among his most trusted clerics.
